Business Interruption Insurance

We encourage everyone to carefully read their business insurance plans to see if you have business interruption insurance, and, if so, to see if it will cover the current pandemic situation. Some plans require there to be physical damages to make a claim, while others have exclusions for pandemics. However, even those who have exclusions for pandemics may be able to be covered since those situations can depend on who declared the pandemic and when it was declared.
