David moved to California in 2003 after finishing his Master’s degree at Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a degree in Computer Science. He received a B.S. degree in Information Systems and Cyber Security from The Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a concentration in Network and Data Center Management.
